The real Crete                                              Duration 08.30 - 18.30

On this excursion you will have the opportunity to see many places that represent the traditional lifestyle and of course some historical facts of Crete.
The first stop is at Melidoni Cave which is a cave full of history and dates back to the Neolithic Period based on toold and items found it the cave. The second stop is at the village of Margarites. Margarites is famous for its pottery that goes back many generations. The third stop is at the Museum of Eleftherna before you get to the Arkadi Monastery. The Arkadi Monastery is the oldest monastery in Crete. You then continue on the village of Apostoli. Here you will visit an old olive oil factory. In this village you will also eat in a traditional tavern whilst enjoying the beautiful sound of live Cretan music. The second last stop is at Saint Antonios Gorge and finally the last stop which is the Dam known as ‘Fragma Potamon’.

South Trip Special                                      Duration 08.30-17.30

This excursion begins with the traditional village of Spili. Here you will have enough time to explore the village and have a look at the Venetian fountain ‘kefalovrissi’ with 19 lion heads. Passing through the extravagant scenery of the Kroutaliotiko Gorge you reach the Preveli Monastery. After Preveli Monastery the next stop is the Palm Beach of Preveli. From the top you will see one of the most breathtaking views of the blue waters combined with the lagoon and palm forest. You then continue to walk down the steps where you will end up on the best and palm forest. Here you will have about 2 hours of free time to soak it all in before continuing to Damnoni. The boat will take you from Preveli to Damnoni where you will have a break for lunch or refreshments. Damnoni is also an amazingly beautiful place and has an organized beach. When this incredible excursion ends you will be taken back to your Hotel area.


Samaria Gorge Express                               Duration 06.40 - 20.00

For this trip you will be picked up by our comfortable Mini Bus and taken along a wonderful road trip to Omalos. In Omalos you will have time for breakfast before embarking on this spectacular hike.
Samaria Gorge is Europes longest gorge of 18 kilometers. Throughout this hike you will have the chance to see wild mountain goats, beautiful mountains, ancient trees and a refreshing stream. At one point the passage is so narrow it’s only 3 miters apart and 350 miters high. This is known as the ‘iron gate’ and it is impressive as it is famous. It usually takes 5-6 hours. It ends in a village called Agia Roumeli where you will have a chance to eat, have a coffee or swim. From Agia Roumeli a ferry will take you to Chora Sfakion where you will be picked up by the Mini Bus and taken back to your Hotel area.
The hike is very challenging and is not recommended for people who suffer from heart problems or other serious health issues as well as pregnant women. Most important necessities are good solid footwear and clothing as well as your swimwear.


Gramvoussa - Balos Express                      Duration 08.30 - 19.30

The pick – up for this trip is done with our comfortable Express Mini Bus from your assigned location. We pass through beautiful scenery to get to the Port of Kissamos. From here you will sail along for about an hour till you reach Gramvoussa.
In Gramvoussa you will have 2 hours of free time to explore the Venetian Fortress where you will have a breathtaking sea view. From here you will sail for about 20 minutes to reach the lagoon of Balos.
In Balos you will have 2 hours of free time to be amazed by the most photographed beach in Crete. Balos is a place that will remain engraved in your memory forever. After Balos you sail back to the Port of Kissamos and back to your Hotel area.


Elafonissi Express                                     Duration 08.30 - 19.30

This is your chance to visit one of the most beautiful beaches in the world. Elafonissi is a heaven on earth, with soft white – pink sand, exotic crystal waters and cedar trees reaching the coastline. It is located in the southwestern side of Crete. We pick you up from your Hotel area around 8:30am. Our trips are done in small groups for better comfort so we would like to remind you to be at your assigned location promptly to avoid delays.
Our first stop, for a short break is Agia Sophia cave. Here you can visit the cave (free entrance) and have a coffee or refreshments if you feel like it (not included in the price). On our way to Elafonissi you will be able to see small traditional villages combined with typical Mediterranean scenery as well as the rugged landscape around the Topolia Gorge. Once we have reached Elafonissi, you will have 4 hours of free time to soak in the amazing sun and enjoy all the shades of blue this beach has to offer.


Chania City - Falassarna Beach                  Duration 08.30 - 19.00

You will be picked up by our Express Mini Bus in the morning. The City of Chania is the first destination of our trip. You will have 3 hours of free time to explore the city. On your way to Chania, important information will be given to you by our experienced guide. Chania is one of the oldest cities in Crete. It is famous for its diverse cultural heritage, archeological ruins, classical buildings and fascinating history. The Old Town is the heart of Chania. It is perfectly formed by narrow labyrinth like alleyways and buildings dating back to various ancient periods of time. Don’t hesitate to wander around the streets of the Old Town, you will discover the magnificent beauty that awaits you.Our next and final destination is Falassarna Beach, which is located on the west coast of Crete. Falassarna beach has been awarded for being the best beach in Crete and one of the top 10 beaches in Europe. It has light pick coloured sand and crystal clear waters with long magical waves coming in from the Mediterranean. Here you will have 3 hours of free time to relax and enjoy the sun. After that we return to Rethymno, where you will be taken back to your hotel.


Agia Galini - Matala - Spili                                Duration: 08.30  - 18.30

For this excursion, you will be picked up from your hotel area by our airconditioned mini bus. The first stop is at the amphitheatrically built village of Agia Galini. Here will have 1 hour to explore the village. The small, traditional houses and the harbor make the perfect match for a coffee break. The next stop is at Malata where you will have 3 hour of free time to enjoy the golden sandy beach. Matala is not only known for its beautiful beaches but also for its artificially carved caves that date all the way back to the Minoan period. These same caves were later occupied by a hippy commune in the late 60’s and 70’s. Many musicians have composed song about the beauty of Matala including Bob Dylan and Cat Stevens. After this incredible experience the excursion will end with a stop at the village of Spili. You will have a chance to see a 100% traditional village with its well know lion-head fountains in the middle of the village. Walking along its cobbled streets you can explore the tourist shops which are full of traditional Cretan products. The mini bus will then take you back to your hotel ending this amazing excursion.
